A unique accommodation & service in a unique setting. The complex consists of an old farm, various outbuildings and 15 hectares of meadows.
Situated just outside the town of Beveren in a rural, quiet area. One finds an oasis of green that is easily accessible!
Infrastructure:
- spacious, modern and airy stables, cleaned on a daily basis and spread with wheat straw, weekly fully mucked (option: wood shavings).
- each individual meadow around the complex features wooden fences as well as automatic drinking water.
- full in and out access on grass.
- level entry to the outdoor areas
- two spacious outdoor arenas with specific sand base (2 x 50 x 25 meters!) annexed wooden fenced longing ring (large, 20 meters diameter!)
- wash area: hot and cold water
- spacious lockable lockers
- spacious full service car and trailer parking
Full service:
- 24 hour, 7 day accessibility
- feeding regiment: condition mix (Aveve) (https://www.avevewinkels.be/advies/paard-hooi-en-krachtvoer?) 2 x daily + hay
- horses are let out and retrieved for a daily minimum 4 hour pasturing, or on an otherwise agreed to basis, weather depending.
- covering horses with winter/stable blankets
- de-worming on a quarterly basis
- extra riding/training of the horse (option) or on demand
- veterinarian (own) or optionally on call
- farrier (own) or optionally on call
